II. Declaration of Rights
In order to protect our own brand rights and the legitimate rights and interests of the joint cooperation signed with this brand, our company must clearly inform all sectors of society through this formal document. The brands that our company has signed for joint cooperation are as follows:

III. Warning and rectification deadline
Recently, our company has discovered that there are some units or individuals in the market who use the "SPSPSK" trademark without authorization, which seriously infringes on our registered trademark exclusive rights, disrupts market order, and damages the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and our company. We hereby notify all units or individuals who are currently committing or preparing to commit the aforementioned infringement:
All infringing activities must be immediately stopped, and all infringing products and promotional materials must be taken down, destroyed, and rectified (including but not limited to e-commerce platform product links, official website content, short videos, graphic and textual tweets, etc.) by January 1s
t, 2026 at the latest. For infringing products that have already been circulated, measures such as recall and sealing must be taken to prevent them from entering the market again.
IIII. Legal responsibility and contact information
Starting from 00:00 on January 1st, 2026, if any unauthorized use of our registered trademark and logo is discovered, our company will take all necessary legal measures (including but not limited to filing complaints with market regulatory authorities, filing civil lawsuits, and pursuing criminal responsibility) to crack down severely and firmly safeguard our legitimate rights and interests. All legal liabilities and economic losses arising from this shall be borne by the infringing party.
Our company adheres to the principle of "legality, compliance, mutual benefit and win-win". We welcome units/individuals with legal business qualifications, good market reputation and cooperation sincerity to negotiate through our official channels on matters related to the authorized use of the "SPSPSK" trademark and brand joint cooperation.
